Alternate Art
A total of 63 alternate art cards were included in The Big Boi tier and above (excluding the Retail Tier) during the June 2020 Kickstarter campaign. They feature conventional and unexpected mediums made by a range of both well-known artists and fans. A new card was unlocked for every 1,000 backers to the campaign, with 16 additional cards added via various social goals including The Beast final fight posted by Edmund McMillen on Twitter.
Base Game
The official Binding of Isaac card game launched through a Kickstarter campaign in June 2018. Additional cards were unlocked via financial stretch goals and Twitter social goals, making a total of 340 cards.
The Base Game, Gold Box expansion, and Four Souls+ expansion were all updated to the 2nd edition with new wording and card backgrounds to accompany the release of Four Souls: Requiem in 2022.
Expansion: Four Souls+
A 99-card expansion for that was made available via preorder on the Studio71 website in February 2019. It included new characters, treasure, loot, and monsters. There were a very small number of holographic sets produced and sent out to random customers with their purchase as a promotion. The holo expansion was made available during the April 2020 Kickstarter campaign for the Tapeworm card game in the Completionist tier and above.

Expansion: Gold Box
The gold box was offered as an upgrade to pledges during the June 2018 Kickstarter campaign. This expansion included 68 additional cards that are not offered anywhere but through Kickstarter. They were updated for clarity and consistency during the June 2020 Kickstarter campaign to those who backed the Base Game 2nd Edition tier or The Full Collection! tier and above.

Expansion: Requiem
Requiem is a 269 card expansion that launched in June 2021 through a Kickstarter campaign. It includes new mechanics, monsters, items, characters, and more. It also added solo and co-op game modes and a brand new room deck. Additional cards were added through social goals and The Beast final fight.
Promos
Promo cards have been released in various ways since the conception of The Binding of Isaac. Previously released promo cards have been updated to match 2nd edition wording, though they were never printed.
Dick Knots
Dick KnotsDick Knot! is a promotional foil card that was exclusive to the 2020 Tapeworm Kickstarter campaign add-on, Dick Knots.
G FUEL
G FUEL! and Isaac’s Tears were exclusive to the G FUEL: Isaac’s Tears Collector’s Box, released on November 4, 2022.
Gish
GishGish and Lil’ Gish were exclusive to the Gish Big Box edition, available through preorder from February 14th, 2020 through February 29, 2020.
Promos

Retro
RetroEden and 1-Up were included in the deluxe console release of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, Leviathan Box, released in limited quantities in 2022.
Tapeworm
TapewormBlack Proglittid, Pink Proglittid, Rainbow Tapeworm, Red Proglottid, Tapeworm (character), Tapeworm (monster), and White Proglottid were included in the pink box edition of Tapeworm, which was exclusive to the 2020 Tapeworm Kickstarter campaign.
Target
TargetDead Eye, Epic Fetus, and Marked were exclusive to the Target version of The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls, released in 2019.
The Unboxing of Isaac
Announced in April 2022, The Unboxing of Isaac subscription is a monthly loot box that features an exclusive T-shirt, three Four Souls promo cards, stickers, and other goodies. The cards will be made available digitally in high resolution for those who do not wish to purchase the box.
Warp Zones
Warp Zone cards were included in the Requiem tier and above (excluding The Base Game 2nd Edition tier) during the June 2020 Kickstarter campaign. These cards feature IPs from various games, comics, movie franchises, and more. A total of 99 cards were unlocked by the community via social goals posted by Edmund McMillen on Twitter.
