Dead Eye, along with Epic Fetus and Marked, were exclusive to the Target version of The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls, released in 2019.
During the Four Souls: Requiem campaign, all previously released promo cards were digitally remastered with second edition templates and updated wording for clarity and consistency. These cards were never printed.
