Lil’ Gish and Gish were exclusive to the Gish Big Box Edition, produced by Limited Run Games, which was available via preorder only, February 14th, 2020 through February 29, 2020.
During the Four Souls: Requiem campaign, all previously released promo cards were digitally remastered with second edition templates and updated wording for clarity and consistency. These cards were never printed.
