Mom’s Underwear, along with Mom’s Heels and Mom’s Lipstick, was exclusive to The Unboxing of Isaac subscription service for September 2022 (Super Isaac 64 Box).
The original card had complex wording and was rewritten for clarity. The second edition of Mom’s Underwear was included in the Unboxing of Isaac December (Isaac is Doomed!) box. The first edition is no longer considered the ‘official’ version.
