Full Henry, as it’s called within the community, was originally revealed during a livestream for the Binding of Isaac: Requiem Kickstarter campaign on June 29, 2021. It was going to be included with 1 in every 100 orders as a nod to the rarity of encountering Henry in the video game. Due to the terms and conditions of Kickstarter, it was replaced with an obstructed version and then distributed to all orders instead.
In 2023, this card was printed and given to fans who went “above and beyond” to help the community, won during creative contests, and other such activities.
